About the Opportunity:The Learning Solutions Architect plays a key role in advancing the organization''s mission by delivering live virtual and onsite technical training tailored to customer needs. This position is responsible for creating customized learning content and collaborating across teams to design effective blended learning paths. The role directly contributes to increasing customer skill levels and adoption of the data and AI platform, impacting customer satisfaction and revenue.3. Responsibilities:Deliver engaging live training sessions both virtually and onsiteDevelop tailored learning materials including courses, projects, certifications, and assessmentsCollaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Content teams to scope and create blended learning pathsPublish reusable, high-quality content to support skill developmentSupport high-value customers in accelerating data and AI capabilities4. Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in technical training, data science education, solutions engineering, or related instructor rolesStrong teaching ability and comfort with virtual and onsite classroom settingsBroad technical proficiency in AI, Python, SQL, R, and Power BI/Tableau; familiarity with Databricks or Snowflake is advantageousAbility to learn new tools quickly and tailor content to diverse roles such as analysts, engineers, business users, and executivesEffective communication skills to simplify complex topics for varied audiencesDetail-oriented and process-driven in delivering content and sessionsFlexibility to work across different time zones and occasional travel for onsite delivery5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Base salary range: $130,000 to $190,000Total on-target earnings (OTE): $145,000 to $220,000Eligibility for equity compensation (stock options)Benefits include flexible time off, 401(k) retirement plan with matching, medical, dental, vision, and life insurancePaid sick time as required by applicable laws6.
