Events & Marketing Specialist
A top New York City law firm is seeking an Events and Marketing Specialist to join the team. Who You Are You have experience in managing corporate events, client experiences, or hospitality-driven programming Strong knowledge of NYC venues, restaurants, and event trends Creative, resourceful, and highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple projects and last-minute requests Strong communicator with a polished, service-oriented approach What You’ll Do Plan and execute events ranging from large firm gatherings to smaller client dinners and networking experiences Coordinate all aspects of event logistics from concept development through onsite execution Lead internal engagement initiatives including wellness programming, social activities, and employee events Source venues, vendors, and experiences that align with the organization’s culture and client expectations Manage gifting programs for clients and employees, including customized and time-sensitive requests Partner with internal teams and committees to support culture-building initiatives and special events What Success Looks Like Events are executed seamlessly with strong attendance and positive feedback Employees and clients receive thoughtful, high-quality experiences Creative programming strengthens workplace culture and engagement Last-minute requests and event changes are handled smoothly and professionally The organization maintains a polished, hospitality-focused presence Salary Range: $85,000 – 100,000 annually, based on experience Location: New York, NY – Hybrid To protect applicants, please note that this job is posted only on LinkedIn.com and Gainor.net.
