In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining systems that ensure continuous compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks. Your primary focus will be to automate evidence collection, control monitoring, and audit readiness, transforming manual, paper-driven processes into scalable, intelligent platforms. As a technical lead, you will own the software engineering aspects of compliance certifications, collaborate with external auditors, and drive the strategic evolution of our compliance infrastructure. This is a hands-on individual contributor role that requires deep expertise in security, automation, and AI applications, with the goal of making compliance a seamless, ongoing process rather than a periodic challenge.
