This entry-level position is perfect for someone passionate about sales and eager to launch their career in the sports industry. As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be generating new business revenue by prospecting and building relationships through cold-calling, networking, and in-person appointments. You'll focus on selling season tickets, partial plans, group tickets, and premium inventory. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed daily call and appointment expectationsProspect, establish, research and close ticket sales leads through cold-calling, in-person appointments and networkingEffectively execute sales campaigns and trainingsConsistently enter client data into CRM and Archtics ticketing systemMaintain high level of customer service to existing and new clientsMaintain and develop industry-standard sales skillsConsistently maintain a strong sales pipeline and display the capability to manage a sales pipeline effectivelyPerform basic office functions as neededOther duties assigned by manager Required Skills, Experience, and Abilities To perform the job successfully, you should demonstrate the following competencies: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Sports Management, Marketing or related fieldMaintain the highest level of confidentialityPresent yourself in a professional manner as you interact with all levels of the organization and external stakeholdersAbility to quickly and effectively establish rapport and build new relationshipsInterpersonal skills -listens to others, works well in a team environmentWillingness to learn, receive coaching and be competitiveExcellent communication skills, including written and verbal; ability to present ideas clearly and conciselyPlanning and organizing, can prioritize work activities; uses time efficientlyFlexibility - adapts to change in the work environment and manages competing demandsDependability - consistently at work on time and responds to manager's instructionsAbility to work extended hours including nights, weekends, holidays and travel as neededThrive in a dynamic, deadline driven environment Additional Information This is a full time benefit eligible position.
