Job Title: Technical Project/Program ManagerLocation: New York, NY (Onsite)Employment Type: Long-Term ContractRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional programs focused on Salesforce platforms, Go-To-Market (GTM) systems, and billing operations.This role will drive end-to-end execution of strategic technical initiatives across business systems, partnering with engineering, product, finance, sales operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex technical programs involving Salesforce ecosystem integrations, GTM processes, billing systems, and enterprise system transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of technical programs across Salesforce, GTM systems, and billing platformsDrive program planning, execution, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communicationPartner with engineering, product, sales operations, finance, and business teams to define scope and delivery milestonesManage cross-functional initiatives involving Salesforce integrations, CRM workflows, CPQ, quote-to-cash, and billing processesCoordinate technical delivery across multiple teams while ensuring timelines, quality, and business objectives are metIdentify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and execution challenges and drive resolution proactivelySupport process improvements and program governance for scalable executionFacilitate executive-level status reporting, roadmap communication, and stakeholder alignmentCollaborate with technical teams on architecture dependencies, system integration planning, and release coordinationEnsure successful delivery of enterprise business systems transformation initiativesRequired Skills8+ years of Technical Program / Project Management experienceStrong experience managing enterprise technical programs involving SalesforceExperience with GTM systems, CRM operations, sales workflows, and business systems transformationStrong knowledge of billing systems / quote-to-cash / subscription billing / finance systemsExperience managing cross-functional engineering and business stakeholdersStrong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / CPQ preferred)Experience with system integrations, APIs, enterprise platforms, and technical deliveryStrong program governance, risk management, and dependency management skillsExcellent stakeholder communication and executive reporting skillsExperience working in Agile
