Core responsibilities include:Conducting professional outbound calls to members with delinquent accounts across all assigned product linesNegotiating and securing payment arrangements to resolve past-due balances, prevent charge-offs, and reduce lossesApplying empathy-driven, solution-centered problem-solving techniques in every interactionEvaluating member financial situations and recommending appropriate solutions, including debt management or financial counseling resourcesAccurately documenting account activity and maintaining compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirementsCollaborating with fellow Recovery Specialists and leadership to ensure consistent coverage, knowledge sharing, and process improvementRequired Skills and ExperienceMinimum of 1 year of experience in collections, recovery, or outbound call-based financial servicesDemonstrated success as a Recovery Specialist or in a similar role requiring persistence, negotiation, and empathyStrong verbal communication skills with the ability to de-escalate challenging conversationsProven ability to manage a high-volume workload while delivering consistent outcomesProfessional judgment, emotional intelligence, and a member-first mindset#INAPR2026
