This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organization and make a significant impact.Compensation PackageSalary: Competitive, starting in the low $100,000s, commensurate with experience.Additional Benefits: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Personal Lines Department, ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery.Oversee a team of experienced professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and employee development.Utilize Epic software to manage workflows and ensure seamless operations.Collaborate with other departments and senior leadership to align departmental goals with organizational objectives.Travel to other office locations twice a year to foster inter-office collaboration and alignment.Qualifications/Requirements Education & Licensing: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.Experience:Minimum of 10 years of experience in personal lines insurance (15+ years preferred).Proven leadership experience managing a team in a similar capacity.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is mandatory.Soft Skills:Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to foster a positive and collaborative team culture.Adaptability and a proactive approach to challenges.Work Environment:This is an in-office role based in Pittsburgh, requiring a presence 5 days a week for the first 6 months. A hybrid schedule may be considered after the initial period.Willingness to travel twice a year to other office locations.
