The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for customer service. As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables swiftly and accurately, ensuring a seamless dining experience.Key Responsibilities:Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and accurately.Assist in the preparation and setup of tables.Ensure food is presented in an appealing manner.Communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and kitchen.Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service.Skills and Qualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.Ability to carry heavy trays and stand for long periods.Excellent customer service skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
