Security Officer Access Control Desk

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and/or vendors at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.; Monitor access to the location by greeting entrants, verifying identification and/or credentials, issuing visitor passes, and documenting arrivals and departures.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and emergency services when appropriate.; Answer phones, manage inquiries, and support front desk operations with clear communication and accurate reporting of security-related events.; Help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions by maintaining awareness of lobby activity, observing camera feeds when assigned, and reporting concerns according to post instructions.
