We're looking for a detail-oriented Deputy Inventory Control Clerk to join our warehouse team through July. In this role, you'll help keep inventory accurate and organized by performing cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring all inventory movements are properly recorded in our Warehouse Management System. If you enjoy problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit!Pay Rate: $20.00 per hourSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm (occasional nights and weekends)Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary (through July)Perks & Benefits: Weekly paychecks, Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options, Medical / Dental InsuranceShifts: 1st ShiftEmployment Types: Full Time, Temporary or ContractPay Rate: $20.00 / hourDuties:Keep inventory records accurate and up to date by matching system data to physical countsPerform routine cycle counts, audits, and physical inventoriesInvestigate inventory issues such as shortages, overages, damagesResearch transaction history to identify root causes of variancesEnter inventory adjustments, transfers, and reconciliations in the WMSVerify inbound receipts and outbound shipments for accuracyWork closely with warehouse supervisors and operations teams to resolve issuesPrepare inventory and variance reportsFollow company procedures and client requirements to maintain inventory integrityPosition Requirements:3 years of inventory control experience in a warehouse environment preferredExperience using a Warehouse Management SystemStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentRequirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.
