Medicare Member Advocate
A company is looking for a Member Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
Assist members by answering questions and guiding them through their medical and dental packages
Engage with members primarily through phone calls while dedicating time for learning and development
Provide support in a structured service center environment with a focus on excellent service
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of customer service experience with frequent communication with customers
Strong familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Office applications
Qualified candidates must be from the New England region (MA, CT, RI, NH, ME, VT)
