Packager

Responsibilities Fill chemical products into quarts, gallons, 5 gallon, and drum containers Apply appropriate labels, and package product containers into boxes Gather and prepare labels, boxes and containers for product packaging work orders Stack and palletize finished product boxes, and transfer packaged goods into warehouse Operate filling and packaging equipment Utilize CRM system and label printers for label printing Complete work activity logs, work orders, and other necessary documentation Perform regular housekeeping & cleaning duties in order to maintain a clean and safe working environment Retrieve daily scheduled work orders and determine what materials are needed for the packaging Qualifications Must be detail oriented Forklift experience/certification a plus Provide reliable and punctual attendance Availability to work overtime hours when needed Physical Requirements Ability to perform manual labor in hot/humid conditions Able to work with a variety of chemical products with limited exposure, such as fumes or airborne dust particles, while following all necessary PPE requirements Able to safely work in an industrial setting with possible noise, vibration, moving industrial hand-trucks/lift-trucks and other industrial equipment Physically able to: push or pull fully loaded pallets with hand-truck; able to pick up and lift 50 lbs unassisted to chest height; able to carry or stack pails up to 50 lbs; able to move or manipulate drums weighing between 200-500 pounds by hand Perks Healthcare, vision and dental benefits Schedule & Pay SCHEDULE: M-F 7AM-4PM PAY: $17-$19 J-18808-Ljbffr
