Vehicle Administrator

POSITION SUMMARY: The Vehicle Administrator is primarily responsible for accurately processing all vehicle sales documentation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Process all new, used, and trade-in vehicle sales documentation and enter into accounting in an accurate and timely manner. Verify costs for the Accounting Department and notify management immediately of any discrepancies in the car deal. Prepares documentation and payoffs to financial institutions and customers. Work with Finance Clerk to ensure all documentation has been sent to financial institution. Verifies that funds have been collected for car deal deposits and funding from financial institutions. Monitor and maintain accurate car inventory accounts. Maintain all schedules assigned. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
