Insurance Associate / Account ManagerFlatwater Insurance, a Goldenrod CompanyLocation: Dallas, TX (100% in office)Flatwater Insurance is seeking an Insurance Associate / Account Manager to support and manage insurance programs across a growing real estate development platform.This role goes beyond claims and focuses on policy management, renewals, and broker/carrier coordination, with the opportunity to grow into a more independent, ownership-driven position.Key ResponsibilitiesInsurance Program ManagementManage insurance policies, renewals, and endorsements across multiple entitiesMaintain accurate policy documentation and trackingPartner with brokers/carriers to ensure appropriate coverage and pricingBroker & Carrier CoordinationServe as a point of contact with brokers and carriersSupport renewal process (data gathering, quote review, execution)Assist in optimizing program structure as the company growsCompliance & CertificatesOversee COIs and ensure contractual complianceManage documentation requests and support auditsClaims & Reporting (Secondary)Track claims and support improved outcomesMaintain reporting and identify risk trendsPartner with Finance on premium tracking and allocationsQualifications3+ years in insurance, risk management, or brokerage (account manager/associate level)Experience with policy/program management (not just claims)Familiarity with COIs, compliance, and coverage structuresStrong organization, communication, and ability to work independentlyWhy Join Flatwater / GoldenrodExposure to full-cycle insurance program managementOpportunity to step into ownership over timeBacked by a well-capitalized, growing real estate platform
