Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the restaurant POS systems. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Upsell food and drink items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Ensure tables are properly set and sanitized before guest arrival. Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining attention to detail. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing assistance as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing surfaces throughout the shift. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively. Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Knowledge of the food industry, including menu items and service standards. Ability to upsell products effectively to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor suitable for a nightlife environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining composure under pressure.
