Lead/Manager

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead / Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clothing store. This role is ideal for someone who has previously managed retail staff and is comfortable taking full ownership of the store while on shift. Responsibilities: Open and close the store independently Handle all POS transactions (cash, card, returns/exchanges) Provide excellent customer service and act as a sales advisor on the floor Drive sales through product knowledge and styling assistance Manage inventory including restocking, organizing, and maintaining the sales floor Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually presentable at all times Supervise and support part-time sales staff when scheduled Follow company policies and communicate any issues or needs to ownership Qualifications: Previous retail management or lead experience required Comfortable working independently and being the main point of contact in-store Strong customer service and communication skills Experience with POS systems and cash handling Organized, trustworthy, and dependable Ability to multitask and handle all aspects of store operations Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week Benefits: Employee discount Work Location: In person
