The Set-Up Technician will be responsible for performing mold setup and changes, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring efficient machine operations, and adhering to production schedules. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the production team to optimize processes and meet company quality standards.QualificationsExperience in mold setup, machine setup, and troubleshooting injection molding equipment between 50 and 1000 ton capacityKnowledge of production scheduling, process optimization, and quality assurance practicesProficiency in using hand tools, gauges, and measuring equipment relevant to plastic moldingStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentExcellent problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindsetRelevant technical certifications or vocational training are a plusExperience in a plastic molding or related industry preferred
