The ideal candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. This role requires strong technical proficiency along with excellent stakeholder engagement skills, enabling effective collaboration with both business and technical teams.Key Responsibilities :Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of integration solutions using MuleSoft (Mule 4) and the Anypoint PlatformDefine and implement API-led connectivity strategies, including System, Process, and Experience APIsCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutionsAct as a trusted advisor to clients, providing consultative guidance on integration best practicesEnsure solutions follow best practices in security, scalability, performance, logging, and error handlingDesign and develop reusable integration frameworks and patternsSupport and guide development teams with hands-on expertise when neededDrive integration with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Workday, and ServiceNowContribute to CI/CD pipeline setup, deployment automation, and version control practicesParticipate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and governance processesDesired Skills and Experience:Strong hands-on experience with Mule 4 and the MuleSoft Anypoint PlatformProven expertise in API-led architecture and integration designAdvanced experience with DataWeave, REST APIs, and enterprise integration patternsSolid understanding of integration best practices including security, scalability, and performance optimizationExperience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated deployment processesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in complex environmentsExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in MuleSoft and integration architectureAble to work in a collaborative team environment to obtain the best results.Work as a topmost trusted partner with aFit and the client.Provide attention to details.Approaches challenges with a positive, consultative mindsetSelf-starter with the desire to achieve and work with integrity.Willingness to grow and change through ambiguity.Learning agility, or the ability to develop new skills.Open and receptive to feedback to continuously grow.Preferred Qualifications:Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or ServiceNowMuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Architect or Developer)Experience working in the public sectorFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Working Schedule:RemoteEducation:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
