Job DescriptionThis role supports the planning, governance,communications, and execution rhythms required todeliver data center capacity at scale. The individualwill work closely with leaders across construction,engineering, commissioning, supply chain, finance,operations, PMO, and regional delivery teams toimprove coordination, track priorities, surface risks,and enable faster decision-making.We are seeking candidates with experience in datacenters, infrastructure delivery, constructionmanagement, program management, strategicoperations, or consulting. The ideal candidate ishighly organized, analytical, comfortable operating inambiguity, and able to translate complex informationinto clear executive-ready materials.Remote, work from home. Some travel may berequired from time to time.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Business Alignment Support leadership in translating OCI priorities intoclear objectives, execution plans, milestones, andoperating cadences across data center deliveryprograms. Assist with annual planning, quarterly businessreviews, operating reviews, leadership meetings, andlong-range delivery planning.Track key business priorities, decisions, actionitems, and follow-through across regions andfunctions. Help identify risks, dependencies, and gaps thatmay impact delivery schedules, capacitycommitments, cost, or execution quality.Operational Excellence & Governance Help manage the rhythm of the business, includingstaff meetings, operating reviews, dashboards, KPIreporting, and leadership updates. Support consistent reporting and governance acrossdelivery metrics, risks, escalations, and programhealth. Partner with regional and functional teams toimprove visibility into portfolio execution, scheduleperformance, and cross-functional dependencies. Drive process discipline by documenting decisions,tracking actions, and ensuring owners and timelinesare clear.Portfolio & Program Enablement Partner with delivery leaders, PMO, finance, andoperations teams to monitor portfolio health,execution risks, and capital deployment.Support escalation and resolution of issues affectingdata center delivery timelines, capacity delivery, oroperational readiness. Track progress against leadership-sponsoredinitiatives and provide regular status updates. Support special projects focused on standardization,process improvement, governance, and executionmodel enhancements.Executive Communications & StakeholderManagement Develop clear, concise materials for leadershipreviews, including business updates, risk summaries,portfolio status, capacity forecasts, and decisiondocuments. Synthesize complex cross-functional informationinto actionable insights, recommendations, andexecutive-level narratives. Serve as a coordination point between leadershipand key stakeholders to ensure alignment, clarity,and consistent messaging. Support preparation for major internal milestones,executive reviews, and strategic discussions.Organizational Effectiveness & Scale Support organizational planning, onboarding,workforce planning, and team operating modelimprovements as OCI scales its global deliveryorganization. Partner with HR, finance, and business leaders tosupport talent processes, organizational reviews, andleadership planning. Help improve team effectiveness by identifyingrecurring friction points, process gaps, andopportunities to simplify execution. Promote a culture of accountability, transparency,and operational rigor.Required Bachelor's degree in engineering, ConstructionManagement, Business, Operations, or a relatedfield, or equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience in data center delivery,infrastructure programs, construction management,program management, consulting, businessoperations, or strategic operations. Experience supporting complex, cross-functionalinitiatives in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills,including the ability to create executive-readymaterials. Strong analytical, organizational, andproblem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, track details,and drive follow-through across stakeholders. Sound judgment, discretion, and ability to handleconfidential or sensitive business information. Comfort operating in ambiguity while helping createstructure, clarity, and accountability.Preferred Experience in hyperscale cloud, data center,infrastructure, construction, or large-scale capitaldelivery environments. Familiarity with OCI or similar cloud providerdelivery models, portfolio management, capitalplanning, or infrastructure operations.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: A minimum of 8 years combined experience with project management, data analysis and direct business experience within a specialized function. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field. PMP / Scrum Master certification. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with functional and technical teams. Experience with building and managing reporting tools to support Programs; such as scorecards and KPI metrics to further drive insights around our program strategy. Demonstrated ability to balance quantitative and qualitative metrics to provide a holistic viewpoint. Expert level experience with Excel, creating dynamic pivot reports and data visualization. Ability to influence through data visualization and interpretation. Must be self-directed and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Must be comfortable working in ambiguous situations. Excellent interpersonal skills.
