Inside Sales Representative - ManufacturingStaffBuffalo is working with a growing precision manufacturing organization in the Southtowns of Buffalo, NY to hire an Inside Sales Representative. This is an on-site, in-office role ideal for someone early in their manufacturing sales career who is eager to build strong customer relationships, learn technical products, and grow into a broader commercial role over time.This position supports a defined group of manufacturing customers within a collaborative, hands-on environment. You'll work closely with a small sales leadership team and gain direct exposure to senior leadership while developing strong fundamentals in quoting, customer management, and internal coordination.ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer communications in a professional, responsive mannerEnter RFQs, prepare quotes, and deliver pricing to customersProcess purchase orders, change orders, and expedite requests through internal systemsMaintain and grow long-term customer relationshipsIdentify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accountsTrack opportunities, contacts, and activity within CRM and ERP systems (HubSpot experience preferred)Forecast revenue by customer and territory; support quota tracking and pipeline developmentCollaborate with Sales Leadership to support territory growth and customer retentionEscalate and help resolve customer concerns via phone or virtual meetingsParticipate in ongoing training, conferences, and professional development opportunitiesWork on-site daily at the Buffalo Southtowns facilityOccasional, planned national travel for conferences or customer visitsRequired Qualifications3+ years of B2B inside sales or customer-facing experienceManufacturing or technical product exposure strongly preferred (entry-level manufacturing experience welcomed)Experience working with ERP systems and CRM platformsStrong data management and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesHigh attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced environmentReliable transportation for daily in-office work and occasional travelCompetitive, outgoing personality with a strong desire for professional growthInterest in learning and openness to using AI tools in sales processes (preferred, not required)Education & ExperienceAssociate's degree in Business or a related field preferredEquivalent manufacturing or sales experience considered in lieu of a degreeCompensation & BenefitsHourly pay range: $29-$31/hour, based on experienceAnnual sales incentive (non-commission role)Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance with employer contributionHealth Reimbursement Account (HRA)Employer-paid Life Insurance and Short- and Long-Term Disability401(k) with employer contributionPaid Vacation and PTOPaid day off for your birthdayStaffBuffalo Standard Disclaimer (Required):The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting that our client would be willing to pay for this position.
