This role supports Stockroom and Manufacturing operations by safely handling, storing, and preparing materials for shipment to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. You will also help support Axcelis’ environmental, health, and safety programs at our semiconductor equipment manufacturing facility in Beverly.What You’ll DoInspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance with company and safety standardsReceive, sort, label, and store materials according to inventory and warehouse proceduresPick, pack, and prepare materials and orders for shipment with a high level of accuracySafely handle materials to prevent damage, errors, and delaysOperate forklifts, ride‑on pallet jacks, and other material‑handling equipment in accordance with safety and DOT requirementsTransport materials, packages, or equipment between warehouse, stockroom, and manufacturing areasLoad and unload cargo following proper handling and safety guidelinesWork closely with teammates and supervisors to meet daily production and workflow goalsUse warehouse systems and technology—including scanners, inventory tools, and automated material‑handling equipment—and work comfortably alongside advanced automation and roboticsSupport a strong safety culture by following procedures and participating in required trainingWhat We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentValid DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MEC), Form MCSA-58761–3 years of related DOT‑certified driving experienceAbility to regularly lift up to 30 lbs and occasionally heavier items with assistanceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic math skills to support inventory accuracy and order fulfillmentAbility to work in a physically active environment, including standing for extended periodsWhy Choose AxcelisCompetitive pay you can count on, plus overtime opportunities when availableFull benefits including medical, dental, 401(k) with company match, and paid time offA clean, modern, high‑tech logistics facility built with safety and employee comfort in mindRoom to grow - if you’re motivated and open to learning, this role can open doors. The range provides the opportunity for growth and progression asyou develop within the role.Base pay is one part of our U.S. total compensation package which includes eligibility in theAxcelis Team Incentive bonus plan, and comprehensive benefits package (for regularemployees working 20+ hours a week).
