About the RoleElizabeth Lamont is seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Social Media Manager & Photographer to lead and execute our digital presence across all platforms. This role is responsible for bringing the brand to life visually and strategically—capturing the essence of our design work, retail offerings, and lifestyle through thoughtful, elevated content.This is a hands-on, end-to-end role for someone who thrives in both creative direction and execution. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of social media performance, and the ability to translate brand identity into compelling visual storytelling.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement, and audience reachConcept and plan content aligned with brand initiatives, product launches, and campaignsMaintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platformsContent Creation & ProductionLead end-to-end content production, including concept development, photography, videography, editing, and publishingCapture high-quality photo and video content in-store, on-site at projects, and during eventsCoordinate and execute photoshoots, including styling and shot planningProduce both short-form and long-form video content optimized for each platformEditing & DesignEdit video content using tools such as CapCut, Canva, TikTok, and similar platformsDesign visual assets for marketing initiatives including social posts, promotional graphics, posters, and digital campaignsEnsure all content reflects the brand’s elevated, refined aestheticPublishing & Platform ManagementPlan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Substack, and ShopMyMaintain a consistent and strategic posting cadence across all channelsOversee and manage all company digital platformsCommunity EngagementActively engage with the audience through comments, messages, and interactionsFoster relationships with followers, customers, and brand partnersMonitor trends and conversations to inform content directionCollaboration & Marketing SupportCollaborate on campaign strategy, product launches, and promotional initiativesAssist in creating assets for paid media (Meta ads, email marketing, etc.)Support Substack blog content, including editorial planning and publishingQualifications3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar roleStrong photography and videography skills with an elevated aesthetic sensibilityProficiency in content editing tools (CapCut, Canva, TikTok, Adobe Suite preferred)Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and performance optimizationAbility to manage multiple projects while maintaining high creative standardsStrong organizational, communication, and time management skillsExperience in interior design, home, lifestyle, or luxury brands is highly preferredWhat We’re Looking For:A strong visual storyteller with a refined, design-forward eyeSomeone who can think strategically but execute quickly and independentlyA self-starter who is proactive, resourceful, and detail-drivenSomeone who understands how to balance brand integrity with performance-driven content
