SummaryDepartment Supervisors are the front-line employees who ensure our stores are neat, clean, and well merchandised. The department supervisor provides our customers the silent sellers of visual presentation, signage, and organization to guide the customer through our stores and build their purchase. Their product knowledge and superior service are a critical part of our store team. This position also trains and develops associates to assist in their area. This supervisor works with and through their department assistants and other sales associates.ResponsibilitiesModel and Drive Superior Service; Practice and teach customer service techniques.Delegate tasks and responsibilities within your department. Follow-up on results. Provide direction and guidance.Motivate department assistants and sales associates.
