We believe this combination of engaging work and a supportive environment provides a strong foundation for long-term success.Job DetailsWe are seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our team at the senior level, with flexibility to evaluate candidates at either the Counsel or Partner level depending on experience and business generation. This role is designed for a lawyer who wants to take on complex, high-stakes matters while having the opportunity to further develop their practice in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.You will work on sophisticated litigation matters that are often multi-party, expert-driven, and span multiple jurisdictions. This is a strong fit for someone who values hands-on involvement, strategic input, and meaningful client interaction, while also wanting a platform that supports long-term growth.ResponsibilitiesHandle complex civil litigation matters from initial strategy through resolutionLead or play a key role in fact and expert discovery, including managing scientific and technical issuesDevelop case strategy, including motion practice, depositions, and trial preparationParticipate in or lead trial teams, including examining witnesses and working with expertsManage multi-jurisdictional matters and coordinate across teams where neededBuild and maintain client relationships, with opportunities to expand an existing book of businessCollaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality client serviceMentor junior attorneys where appropriate and contribute to team developmentQualificationsSignificant experience handling complex litigation mattersBackground in areas such as product liability, toxic tort, environmental, or other high-exposure civil litigationExperience working with expert witnesses, including scientific or medical causation issuesTrack record of hands-on involvement in litigation strategy and case managementTrial experience or meaningful participation in trial teamsAbility to independently manage matters and communicate effectively with clientsRequirementsLicensed and in good standing in the jurisdiction you will be practicing or the ability to waive inPortable business is preferred but not required; candidates with an existing book will be strongly consideredStrong analytical, writing, and advocacy skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environmentInterest in long-term practice growth and client developmentOpen to Counsel or Partner-level candidates depending on experience and fitInterested in hearing more?
