Massachusetts Licensed Actuarial Analyst

A company is looking for an Actuarial Analyst to join their Corporate Actuarial department, either remotely or in a hybrid role based in Worcester, MA. Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure execution of deliverables and accountability for deadlines related to the financial quarterly close Monitor reserve adequacy and communicate trends to executive leadership Explore ways to improve processes and enhance efficiencies within the actuarial functionRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationKnowledge of fundamental actuarial concepts and methods Experience in performing detailed analysis related to reserving processes Ability to collaborate with various departments, including Underwriting, Pricing, Claims, Finance, and Accounting Experience in a role that involves exposure to executive leadership Participation in community recruiting and/or training activities may be required
