You'll manage communication between chefs and servers, check that every dish meets presentation and timing standards, and ensure guest orders are delivered correctly and promptly.Pay: $13 - $16 / hourPlus TipsKey ResponsibilitiesManage the pass and ensure all plates meet quality, portion, and presentation standardsCoordinate timing between kitchen stations and front-of-house teams to maintain service flowConfirm ticket accuracy, including modifiers, course pacing, and special requestsCommunicate clearly with line cooks, servers, and management to resolve timing or plating issues in real timeMaintain a clean, organized expo station throughout serviceAssist with organizing to-go or VIP orders when necessaryAct as the final quality checkpoint before food reaches the guestSupport a high-energy, high-volume service environment with professionalism and poiseUphold Wolfgang Puck’s hospitality and brand standards with every plate and every guestWhat We’re Looking For1–2 years of experience as an expeditor or similar role in an upscale or fine dining kitchenStrong communication and leadership skillsMeticulous attention to detail and a sense of urgencyAbility to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentWorking knowledge of kitchen operations and ticket managementAbility to stand for extended periods and work evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical RequirementsThis position requires standing and walking for long periods, the ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and the stamina to move efficiently in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining focus and clarity under pressure.Why Join Caramá by Wolfgang Puck?At Caramá, you’re not just part of a kitchen — you’re part of a legacy.
