You'll diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure vehicles are returned to customers in safe, reliable condition.This position offers excellent opportunities for career advancement, including pathways to become a Master Technician or move into shop leadership roles with continued training and experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform diagnostics, inspections, maintenance, and repairs on all makes and modelsConduct services such as brakes, suspension, steering, electrical systems, and HVACExecute high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately while following company proceduresCommunicate clearly with service advisors and team members regarding vehicle needsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentMentor and assist less experienced technicians as neededEnsure all repairs meet safety and quality standardsFollow company policies and manufacturer guidelines for all work performedScheduleFull-time positionMonday through Friday, 8am to 5 pmQualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in a professional automotive shop environmentAt least 1 ASE certification preferred (not required)Section 609 EPA Certification for automotive HVAC (required or must obtain within 6 months)Comfortable using modern diagnostic tools and repair equipmentStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityMust provide personal hand and specialty toolsValid state driver's license and clean driving recordMust be 18 years or older and able to lift 50 lbs.Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to learningReliable transportation to commute to Pasadena, MDWhy Join All Tune Pasadena-349At All Tune Pasadena-349, you'll work alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about cars and customer care.
