They are responsible for meeting and greeting potential residents and providing general property information and outstanding customer service. The Community Leasing Specialist is the community sales representative who is responsible for properly securing lease agreements from qualified persons, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations.Responsibilities:Assist with the appearance of the office, amenity area, models and common areas of the communityMarket the community effectively by answering questions, conducting tours, and promoting community amenitiesEnsure the model apartments and target apartments are ready for showGive tours of market ready units to potential residentsComplete lease form agreement and collect rental depositHave a thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications and all community policiesKeep updated informational material and distribute to local businesses, apartment locators, etcConduct regular "shopping" of competitive properties and remain knowledgeable of market conditionsPerform all online marketing and respond to online leadsDevelop and maintain an on-going resident retention program under direction of Community ManagerMaintain all resident and property filesConduct courteous and efficient handling of resident requests and complaintsMaintain a professional appearance and attitude at all timesQualifications:2 years of property leasing experienceMust be able to work SaturdaysExcellent follow-up skills via email and phoneResman and I Love Leasing experience preferredBi-lingual requiredMarketing experience preferredWhy you want to join our team?$125 new lease bonusesMedical, Dental, Vision and Supplemental Insurance PlansWellness Initiatives and IncentivesCompetitive PTO package with additional paid time off for volunteeringPaid day off for birthdayEmployee Rental DiscountsEmployee Referral ProgramPerformance-based bonusesEmployment with Quantum Leap Property Management is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, and drug screening.Quantum Leap Property Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
