Behind every placement is our experienced operations team handling compliance, credentialing, and communication so you can focus on delivering exceptional care.Catalytic Solutions—where clinicians thrive, partners trust us, and healthcare staffing gets smarter.**Join Our Team as a Dynamic Registered Nurse!**\n\n**Job Description:**\n\n- Provide exceptional patient care based on established standards of practice.\n- Foster a sense of dignity and positive self-regard in every patient.\n- Deliver tailored patient/family education based on individual needs.\n- Collaboratively plan and prepare patient/family for smooth discharges.\n- Delegate and supervise nursing interventions efficiently and effectively.\n- Prioritize patient care and seek assistance when necessary.\n- Ensure accurate, timely documentation of patient data and interventions.\n- Communicate clearly with health care team members to ensure continuity of care.\n- Engage in professional learning and development, including precepting and training.\n- Identify risks to patient safety and work proactively to minimize errors.\n- Address ethical issues in patient care with thoughtful planning.\n- Administer medications and IV therapy safely according to protocols.\n- Assess and monitor patient pain levels, providing necessary interventions.\n- Take appropriate actions for life-threatening situations.\n- Participate in multi-disciplinary rounds to coordinate patient care.\n- Recognize changes in laboratory and diagnostic results, notifying physicians as needed.\n- Support surgical patients/families with ongoing assessment and education.\n- Troubleshoot and maintain equipment related to patient care and comfort.\n\n**Job Requirements:**\n\n- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.\n- MOAB class required within 60 days of hire.\n- 1 year med-surge experience preferred; previous telemetry experience is a plus.\n- Current MA RN License is mandatory.\n- ACLS required upon hire or must have active BLS and obtain ACLS within 60 days.\n\n**Shift Information:**\n\n- 36-hour night shift: 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM.\n- Every other weekend and holiday required.\n\n**Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):**\n\nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
