Customer Service Call Center Dispatcher We’re hiring Dispatchers to join a fast-paced call center environment supporting customers across the U.S. In this role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, verify information, and help resolve alarm events quickly and professionally. This is a high-volume, customer-focused role ideal for individuals who can think fast, communicate clearly, and multitask with confidence. What You’ll Do Handle inbound & outbound calls related to alarm activity Verify customer information and assess situations quickly Coordinate with emergency services when needed Manage multiple systems, calls, and alerts at once Document all interactions accurately and follow procedures Provide professional, timely support in urgent situations This Role is a Good Fit For Call center or high-volume customer service experience Retail / restaurant backgrounds used to fast pace Collections, dispatch, or support roles Individuals comfortable with back-to-back calls & multitasking Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Typing 30+ WPM Reliable attendance is a must Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and assessments Pay & Schedule $16/hour | Weekly Pay 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM May include weekends & holidays On-site in Tulsa | 24/7 operation Apply Today!
