Territory Manager

Role Description • Build and expand relationships across academic laboratories, biotechnology companies, pharmaceutical organizations, and research institutes throughout the Northeast United States and Eastern Canada• Identify and develop new opportunities while thoughtfully growing strategic accounts• Lead consultative sales processes for advanced research platforms and capital equipment• Engage with principal investigators, laboratory leaders, scientists, and procurement stakeholders• Shape territory strategy and maintain strong pipeline visibility• Travel approximately 40 to 50 percent within the region Qualifications • Bachelor degree, preferably in Life Sciences or a related discipline• Demonstrated success in technical or capital equipment sales, or strong scientific background with commercial motivation• Resilience, initiative, and comfort building new relationships in a complex environment• Ability to engage credibly in scientific discussions and understand research workflows• Motivation to take ownership of territory growth and long-term success preferably in life sciences or laboratory equipmentBachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree is a plusWillingness to travel within the assigned territory
