Senior Program Manager, Technical Program Management
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Program Manager, Technical Program Management to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This remote role will guide large-scale technical programs that connect strategy, execution, and governance across the organization. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to build clear plans, surface risks early, and keep complex initiatives moving toward successful delivery. The position also supports stronger program management discipline through improved reporting, escalation practices, and coaching for other project managers.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities:
Bridge strategy, execution, and governance for larger-scale initiatives Develop integrated program plans, milestone schedules, and risk registers Coordinate cross-functional dependencies to resolve blockers and maintain momentum Deliver program risks and issues using structured escalation frameworks Produce executive-ready program status reports and delivery dashboards Drive improvements to project management practices and governance standards Guide less experienced project managers on planning and communication practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a related field PMP, PMI-ACP, agile methodologies, or equivalent certification preferred
