Job Description General Anesthesioloigst Opportunity – 425-Bed Regional Medical Center, East TexasA prominent 425-bed regional referral center and Level II Trauma Center in East Texas is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join a solid practice. This role offers the opportunity to join a well-established, collegial team while maintaining an excellent work-life balance in a supportive, high-retention environment (95% physician retention system-wide).Practice & Leadership Highlights:Current team: 9 full-time Anesthesiologists and 27 CRNAs providing exceptional supportCoverage responsibilities:Main OR: 14 rooms with approximately 7,000 cases annuallyCath Lab: 2 spots covered daily (total 5 rooms across the main hospital and ASC)Freestanding ASC: 7–8 roomsCall: Favorable 1:8 weeknight and 1:5 weekend (always 2 providers staffed); call is from home; Night shift on weekly rotationSchedule: D1 model (full week on, post-call week off) – guaranteed week off after call week; approximately 50-hour work week average.
