Therapy Assistant

Our practice is looking for a compassionate, motivated individual to join our Vision Therapy team. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and wants to make a meaningful, visible impact in their lives.Our doctors specialize in helping patients regain visual function and quality of life, and they work closely with our therapists to create and adjust individualized care plans. Vision therapy sessions are one on one and typically 45 minutes in length, occurring once or twice per week. We work with both children and adults, including patients with vision related learning challenges as well as those recovering from stroke or brain injury.As a Vision Therapy Specialist, you will coach patients through structured activities designed to improve how their eyes and brain work together. The work is hands on, interactive, and highly rewarding. Many patients show progress over time, and you'll be an important part of that journey.Our team is made up of thoughtful, caring professionals who value collaboration, consistency, and patient centered care.
