Role Description We are seeking a full-time, remote Prior Authorization advisor/specialist. The role involves managing and coordinating prior authorization processes to ensure timely approvals for medical procedures and treatments. Responsibilities include reviewing clinical documentation, liaising with insurance payers, maintaining compliance with policies, and facilitating communication between healthcare providers and insurance companies. The Prior Authorization Advisor will contribute to optimizing patient care by reducing delays and enhancing procedural efficiency. Qualifications Proficiency in prior authorization processes, insurance verification, and claim submissionsStrong organizational and time management skills with attention to detailEffective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with providers and payersFamiliarity with healthcare compliance, regulations, and medical terminologyAbility to analyze clinical documentation and insurance medical policiesComfort working independently in a remote environmentExperience in physician clinic is helpfulDegree in Healthcare Information Technology or a related field preferredUrology experience is helpful
