Field Account Manager (Landscape Maintenance)

THE ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE IS FOR YOU IF: You excel in customer retention and relationship management.  You are proactive in identifying and addressing customer needs.  You have strong leadership skills and can manage a team effectively.  You take pride in maintaining high standards and operational efficiency.  You enjoy problem-solving and are committed to continuous improvement.  THE ROLE:  As a Field Account Manager (Landscape Maintenance), you will be responsible for:  Customer Relations & Sales :  Retaining customers and managing all aspects of customer relations.  Conducting physical property inspections.  Maintaining consistent communication with customers.    Employee Management: Training all new hires effectively.  Managing time efficiently to optimize productivity.  Collaborating with leadership to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for personnel management.  Promoting a culture of professionalism and excellence in commercial landscape maintenance.  Equipment Management: Ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment to minimize repair needs.  Training personnel on equipment use and maintenance best practices.  Conducting weekly truck inspections and ensuring organization and cleanliness.  Completing weekly inspection sheets.
