Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, experience working with children, and have the ability to uphold schoolwide procedures under the guidance of administration.Essential Job Functions:Supervise and engage with students during the morning care programSupport positive student behavior and help maintain a safe, orderly environmentUphold schoolwide policies and procedures under the guidance of school administrationKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Ability to carry out school rules and procedures.Ability to establish a positive and supportive relationship with students.Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with students and staff.Effective verbal communication skills.Qualifications:Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying.
