Your Impact
Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly close processes including preparation of journal entries.
Review expenses at a cost center level for accuracy and understanding of key trends.
Ensure balance sheet accounts are properly calculated, supported, and reconciled.
Involve in all aspects of external and internal audit activities.
Perform analysis as well as assist in reviewing or enhancing analysis and analytical processes and controls.
Prepare monthly reporting and analysis of certain key balance sheet and income statement accounts.
Assist in developing and maintaining internal SOC documentation and controls, reconciling, monitoring operational/industry/regulatory changes and developing new processes and policies to accommodate accordingly.
Provide timely responses and deliverables to requests from internal customers from functions including sales, customer service, procurement, supply chain, technology, and department owners.
Participate in various department-wide initiatives.
Perform other job duties and ad hoc projects assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required; CPA is a plus.
Public accounting and/or public company (SOX controls) experience is a plus.
0-3 years of progressive accounting experience.
Experience and working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems preferred.
Strong understanding of US GAAP.
Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel.

Effective, clear and persuasive oral and written communication skills with individuals and groups; adapts communication for optimal understanding.
Highly respected by supervisors, peers and internal customers/business partners.
Expert in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
