Digital Lab Website Product Lead II

The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a-------- Website Product Lead for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in -- Mettawa, IL. Details for the position are as follows:Job Description:Pay: $46-$50/hr on W2Shift: Hybrid (Tues, Wed, Thu onsite but can be flexible)Duration: 6-months to start - potential to extend or convert based on performance and budget.Overview:The Website Product Lead will work closely with Brand Marketing, agency partners, Analytics, Marketing Operations, and Technology teams to help move website work through established processes efficiently and accurately. This role is execution-oriented and well suited for a professional who can operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and support web projects in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.Execute approved website updates, content changes, and enhancements for assigned brand site(s)Coordinate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to support website deliverables through the implementation processAssist with launch readiness, release coordination, and post-launch follow-upSupport content authoring, QA, and MRP submission for in-scope website updates and priority requestsHelp maintain governance processes, workflow documentation, and execution standardsPartner with analytics and marketing teams to support tagging, reporting, and performance monitoringContribute to testing and optimization efforts, including A/B test coordination and basic analysis supportAssist with personalization and targeted content initiatives as directedMonitor site operations and escalate issues to help maintain stability and performanceHelp identify practical solutions to remove roadblocks and keep projects movingSupport continuous improvement efforts to streamline web workflows and increase efficiencyAssist in gathering and documenting requirements for approved website enhancementsSupport implementation of content and platform updates across web propertiesCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure priorities, timelines, and deliverables remain alignedGuide internal and external partners through established web processes and governance standardsSupport mobile-first and user-centered web best practicesContribute to new ways of working that improve speed, quality, and consistencyQualifications:Bachelor’s degree required.3+ years of related work experience within Website Operations, Digital Marketing and/or Content Management Web Coordination required.Experience working with Marketing, Agency, or technical partners in a matrixed environment required.Must Have Experience With CMS Software, AEM Is Preferred.Must be familiar with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.).Agile experience is highly desired.By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
