All hiring decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.Note:This role is based in Providence, RI, with a strong preference for candidates who can work onsiteKey Responsibilities:Salesforce Marketing Cloud:Design, develop, and implement solutions in Salesforce Marketing CloudBuild and manage multi channel campaigns using:Email StudioJourney BuilderAutomation StudioMobileConnectImplement and manage real time personalization campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio)Configure user tracking, events, and data models including:User profilesProduct/content catalogsBehavioral and interaction dataDevelop and deploy web personalization experiences such as pop ups, banners, and recommendationsConfigure and manage Web SDK and sitemap configurationCreate dynamic and personalized email content using:AMPscriptSSJS (Server Side JavaScript)Design and optimize data models using Data ExtensionsBuild audience segments and targeting rulesManage triggered and transactional messagingPerform A/B testing and campaign optimization using performance insightsMonitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure deliverability best practicesIntegrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems using REST/SOAP APIsEnsure accurate data capture, identity resolution, and customer profile consistencySalesforce (CRM) Required Understanding:Good understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and how it integrates with Marketing CloudWorking knowledge of Sales Cloud, including core objects such as Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, and CampaignsExperience with Marketing Cloud Connect and CRM SFMC data synchronizationAbility to align marketing journeys with lead management, nurturing, and handoff to sales teamBasic understanding of Salesforce data models, roles, profiles, and permissionsNice to have knowledge on LWC, Apex Trigger, Batch classes, SOQLCollaboration & Stakeholder Management:Engage with customers and business stakeholders to understand requirementsTranslate business and marketing objectives into scalable Salesforce solutionsWork closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure successful deliveryProvide implementation guidance and recommend best practicesRequired Skills & Experience:Technical Skills:Hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing CloudStrong experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio), Mobile Connect, Email StudioProficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSSExperience with data modeling, segmentation, and automationKnowledge of APIs and system integrationsUnderstanding of event based tracking and personalization conceptNotes :- All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, religious creed, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, military and veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, gender, gender expression, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by local law, regulation, or ordinance.Benefits : Danta offers a compensation package to all W2 employees that are competitive in the industry.
