This role is ideal for someone who is professional, organized, and enjoys being the first point of contact while helping keep daily office operations running smoothly.Job Description:The Bilingual Receptionist will serve as the front desk point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal staff. This position requires a friendly, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable managing phones, coordinating communication, and supporting general administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming mannerAnswer and direct incoming phone calls efficientlyManage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondenceMaintain organized filing systems and office recordsProvide general administrative support to the team as neededAssist with day-to-day office coordination and operationsQualifications:Bilingual in English and Spanish1–2+ years of receptionist or administrative experienceStrong communication and customer service skillsProfessional and confident phone presenceHighly organized with strong attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Reliable transportation and ability to work fully on-siteAdditional Details:Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule100% on-site in Leander office (5 days/week)In-person interview processAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
