This position serves as a primary point of contact for both internal and external customers regarding invoice disputes, warranty claims, product inquiries, and order-related concerns.The ideal candidate is someone who is willing to investigate issues thoroughly, handle technical support calls professionally, and work closely with multiple departments to ensure timely resolutions and excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly learn product knowledge and internal processes.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to invoices, warranty claims, and order concernsHandle incoming technical support calls and assist customers with product-related questionsInvestigate customer issues by coordinating with internal departments including sales, warehouse, accounting, and product managementResolve invoice discrepancies and warranty-related matters in a timely and professional mannerMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, claims, and resolutionsProvide updates and follow-up communication to customers regarding open casesSupport internal teams with account-related research and issue resolutionDeliver a high level of customer satisfaction through professionalism and responsivenessQualificationsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to learn technical product information and company processes quicklyStrong individual learning skills and willingness to investigate issues independentlyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plusPrevious customer service, account support, warranty, or invoice dispute experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional related experience or training is a plus
