Let's build the future of mental health care together!We are seeking a mission‐driven Contract Clinical Recruiter to support our hiring efforts during this high growth period. Reporting to the Senior Recruiter, this position will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process. You will work cross‐functionally with hiring managers, candidates, and People Operations to help build strong teams while ensuring a high‐quality, inclusive candidate experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, people‐focused, and excited to grow in the recruiting field.We are ideally looking for someone with experience sourcing and recruiting for the following positions: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Psychotherapists, RNs, and LPNs.What is your superpower? Candidate Coordination & CommunicationReview applications and confirm the candidate's clinical license is valid and in good standing before conducting outreachSchedule and confirm candidate interviews with speed, accuracy, and a white‐glove experienceCommunicate with candidates across multiple stages of the hiring process, answering questions and providing updatesMaintain accurate candidate information in our ATS (ADP) and Recruiting Dashboard (Monday.com)Talent Sourcing & ScreeningProactively source for clinical roles using job boards, social media, and other resourcesPresent qualified candidates to the Senior Recruiter for feedback and advancementScreen qualified candidates and share interview feedback with Senior RecruiterRecruiting OperationsPost jobs to internal and external platforms, ensuring visibility and complianceExtend verbal offers and draft and send offer lettersHelp maintain recruiting reports, metrics, and dashboardsCandidate Experience & Employer BrandUphold a high standard of candidate care throughout the hiring processSupport recruitment marketing campaigns and DEI‐focused outreach effortsChampion inclusive communication and represent Author Health's values in all candidate interactionsLicensing And CredentialingSupport the People Operations team with licensing and credentialing providersWhat We Are Seeking1‐3 years of clinical recruiting and sourcing experience, ideally in the mental health industryExperience recruiting Psychotherapists, RNs, LPNs, and Psychiatric Nurse PractitionersExperience using licensing boards such as Nursys and Florida Department of Health to check NP, RN, LCSW, and LMHC licensesExperience scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and communicating with candidatesExperience with Licensing and Credentialing is preferred but not requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailTech‐savvy and comfortable using ATS platforms (ADP preferred), Google Suite, Monday.com, and SlackAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionallyPositive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindsetPassion for mental health and serving vulnerable populationsAbility to work effectively in a remote and fast‐paced environmentContract Length and ScheduleThis position is a 6 month contract role, with potential for full‐time permanent employment depending on hiring needs and employee fitThere is a maximum of 20 hours of work per week, with potential to add more hours based on needPay Rate$33‐$38 per hourNext StepsSubmit an applicationUpload an updated resumeShare LinkedIn profile and/or cover letterEqual Employment Opportunity Statement Author Health is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
