The ideal candidate will be hands-on, highly organized, and skilled at engaging senior stakeholders while driving successful project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of technology projects within the capital markets domainDefine and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependenciesCollaborate closely with senior business stakeholders (MD/Director level) for alignment and reportingDrive Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies across project lifecyclesCoordinate cross-functional teams including development, QA, and operationsEnsure adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance standardsProvide clear communication, status reporting, and escalation managementRequired Skills & Experience10+ years of project management experience within capital markets technologyStrong knowledge of equity derivatives, including vanilla and exotic products, Greeks, and risk sensitivitiesProven experience managing regulatory-driven technology initiativesAdvanced expertise in JIRA (project configuration, dashboards, JQL, automation rules)Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environmentsPreferred SkillsUnderstanding of C++-based systems
