This role will partner closely with business leaders to recruit top Sales and Solutions Architecture talent, including cleared professionals, across a globally distributed environment.This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives managing multiple priorities, communicates effectively with senior stakeholders, and takes ownership of the recruiting lifecycle from intake through candidate presentation.Key Responsibilities:Partner directly with business leaders to lead intake meetings, define hiring needs, and align on candidate profilesManage a high-volume requisition load (20–30 roles) across Sales and Solutions Architecture functions (L4–L7 ICs)Source, screen, and assess candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, ClearanceJobs, and other creative sourcing methodsConduct candidate screenings and evaluations, ensuring alignment with both technical and business requirementsDrive candidate pipelines forward, maintaining momentum through early and mid-stage interview processes (handoff at onsite/offer stage)Establish compensation expectations early in the process and ensure alignment with candidate and business needsPartner with globally distributed stakeholders, including hiring managers and recruiting team members across different regionsMaintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting within the applicant tracking system (ATS)Qualifications (Minimum):5+ years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate), specifically recruiting for Field Sales & Solutions Architects rolesExperience managing a high requisition load in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to independently manage stakeholders and drive hiring processes end-to-end (through interview stages)Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level candidates and business leadersExperience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and alternative channelsFamiliarity with cleared recruiting or public sector hiring environmentsFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with globally distributed teams and stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to leverage AI tools or innovative sourcing techniquesBachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)Key Competencies:Strong business acumen and ability to “sell” opportunities to candidatesAbility to build trust with internal stakeholders and candidates alikeBias for action and ability to overcome obstacles to meet hiring goalsCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering a strong candidate and hiring manager experienceThis posting is for a contract assignment with Tundra Technical Solutions to provide services to Amazon.The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $40.40/hour - $45.79/hour.Tundra’s benefits offering includes optional medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits, and a New Child Benefit.Pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, qualified applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records.
