Physical Therapist Location: Davenport, WA Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $1,600 to $1,760 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $50.00 - $55.00/Hourly. Summary: We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team of health professionals in providing excellent health care in our facility. Typically, you'll be working with post-op patients to help them with recovery. You will be consulting with them to learn about their current condition and assess their patient evaluations in order to develop proper treatment plans. Responsibilities: Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms and review their medical history and referrals from providers Diagnose movement dysfunction by listening to patients and observing them as they move about Develop an individualized treatment plan Coach patients and teach them therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve their condition Use hands-on therapy such as massage, to ease patients’ pain and provide stimulation to promote healing Keep detailed records relating to patient conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress. Report progress and current status to appropriate parties, which may include family members, providers and members of the patient care committee. Requirements Requirements: Masters Degree from an accredited physical therapy program, 1 - Year experience Required, BLS Certification, Physical Therapy License.
