Server/Bartender

Responsibilities: - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take customer orders and input them into the Aloha POS system - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Assist with cleaning and resetting tables for the next customers - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service Requirements: - Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred - Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Ability to handle cash and make accurate change - Must be a team player and work well with others Please note that this is a general job description for a Server position.
