Coda Search is partnering with a fast-growing, highly reputable firm that is seeking to hire an Analyst with offices located in NYC. This is a high-performing team where the Analyst will work on complex, high-impact transactions alongside senior bankers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, a solid foundation in financial modeling, and a passion for executing strategic advisory assignments.Key Responsibilities:Support the execution of M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side mandatesBuild and maintain complex financial models (DCF, LBO, comparable company and precedent transaction analyses)Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentationConduct industry, market, and company-specific research and analysisCoordinate due diligence processes and manage data roomsCollaborate with senior team members and clients throughout the deal lifecycleAssist in valuation analysis and financial structuring of transactionsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related fieldStrong financial modeling and valuation skillsProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Capital IQ, Bloomberg)Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesHigh attention to detail and strong work ethic
