Job SummaryAs a Junior Project Manager, you will provide PMO and analytical support across a portfolio of AI and technology initiatives. This role focuses on project tracking, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and documentation to ensure visibility, alignment, and timely delivery across multiple workstreams. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesPMO & Project SupportProvide day‑to‑day PMO support across the AI and application portfolio.Maintain project trackers, status dashboards, and RAID logs to ensure accurate reporting.Monitor project progress and follow up with project teams and business leads on actions and deliverables.Tracking, Reporting & AnalyticsPrepare weekly and monthly status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.Support ROI reporting and portfolio‑level analytics.Assist with inventory reviews and tracking of project artifacts and dependencies.Stakeholder & Meeting CoordinationSchedule and coordinate meetings, governance forums, and working sessions.Track decisions, action items, and follow‑ups to ensure closure.Act as a liaison between project teams, PMs, and business stakeholders.Documentation & Process SupportDraft and maintain process documents, project documentation, and presentations.Support first‑pass legal, policy, and compliance gap analysis documentation where needed.Ensure documentation standards and templates are consistently followed.Risk & Issue SupportAssist in identifying project risks, issues, and dependencies.Support risk mitigation planning and escalation processes as required.
