SAP ABAP Developer

Job Title: SAP ABAP DeveloperLocation: Juno Beach, FLDuration: 06 months contract with possible extension or conversionRole OverviewThe Senior SAP ABAP Developer will serve as a core technical delivery resource for Phase 3 enhancements. This role is responsible for the design, development, and deployment of ABAP-based solutions across SAP S/4HANA, including custom interfaces, workflow enhancements, procurement transaction enhancements, and integration services connecting SAP to GEP and other external platforms. This position requires deep hands-on ABAP expertise combined with a strong understanding of the SAP S/4HANA architecture and procurement business processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop Phase 3 SAP enhancements including custom programs, reports, forms, and workflowsBuild and maintain custom interfaces between SAP S/4HANA and external applications including the GEP procurement platformEnhance procurement, invoicing, accounts payable, and supply chain transactions using Enhancement Framework, BADIs, and User ExitsDevelop OData services and REST APIs to support integration and reporting requirementsCreate and modify Adobe Forms and SmartForms for output and document generationDevelop CDS Views for reporting, analytics, and Fiori app enablementConduct code reviews, technical design documentation, and peer mentoringSupport System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment activitiesTroubleshoot and resolve technical defects identified during testing and post-go-live phasesCollaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutionsPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in a SAP procurement or P2P implementation program (S/4HANA preferred)Familiarity with GEP SMART or equivalent procurement platformsSAP certification in ABAP or S/4HANA developmentExperience supporting end-to-end testing cycles including SIT and UATStrong communication skills with ability to engage directly with business stakeholders
